FIELD: military equipment, artillery armament. SUBSTANCE: mortar has tube with line of sight on its surface and safety device anchored on bulge of muzzle face. Safety device is fixed with two segment keys put into rectangular blind slits in bulge of muzzle face in parallel to each other, perpendicular to axis of tube and in symmetry to line of sight and into rectangular through holes in outer annular groove in case of safety device. Outer cylindrical surfaces of keys are embraced with spring ring with inner diameter and spacing correspondingly equal to diameter and pitch of screw groove made in collar of base of safety device.
