FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods for preparing concrete mixture and mortars, concrete and structures, and can be used in technology of manufacturing products and structures in prefabricated housing construction and in monolithic construction. Method consists in mixing cement and water with their subsequent activation by electromagnetic field. In this case, cement slurry is continuously fed to non-magnetic tube into zone of rotating anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies with diameter of 1.2 mm and length of 5–10 mm, having energy saturation of working zone of at least 100 kW/m³, movement of which is provided by apparatus with external electromagnetic field. Further, activated cement slurry is mixed with coarse and fine aggregate in concrete mixer for at least 5 minutes.

EFFECT: technical result is increase strength of concrete products for compression, increase in frost resistance and waterproofness of heavy concrete.
