FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: products of reaction forced out of oxidizing chamber are bifurcated; one of flows is used as inert dope and oxygen is produced from oxygen-containing substance by supplying heat of other flow of forced-out products of reaction. Oxygen-containing substance is composed of magnesium perchlorate, sodium superperoxide and/or sodium peroxide and cobalt-containing catalyst composing cobalt chloride, proportion of ingredients being as follows, mass percent: magnesium perchlorate - 9.6-50; sodium perchlorate - 40; silicon dioxide - 3-18; sodium superoxide and/or sodium peroxide - 18.6-72.4; cobalt chloride - 0.1-5; it is formed as pellet with duct.
