PYROTECHNICAL COMPOSITION FOR PREPARING OXYGEN Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2142401 C1

FIELD: preparation of industrial oxygen using solid oxygen sources. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises (wt %): potassium perchlorate, 80-92; boron, 3-8; silicon 4-12. Composition is chemically resistant during storage time and burns stably and uniformly at elevated pressures and temperatures ranging from minus 50 to plus 50 C. Specific gas evolution is 130-265 cubic cm/g, oxygen content is 97.76-98-65 vol % and combustion temperature is 480-830 C. EFFECT: improved properties of the pyrotechnical composition. 2 tbl
