FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine, whose working members are reciprocated, comprises housing with cylindric working chamber separated into spaces of alternative volume by radial projections of the housing, rotor with a hub and blade working members mounted on the intermediate shaft inside the working chamber, output shaft, mechanism for converting revers-rocking motion of the rotor into rotation of output shaft, outlet manifolds, and gear transmission. System for intake of fuel-air mixture is provided with two cylindric slide valve mounted concentrically in the rotor hub for rotation and coupled with the spaces of alternative volume through openings made in the rotor hub in the zone of the base of the working members. Exhaust system is provided with rotating slide valve which is common for two adjacent spaces of alternating volume. The slide valve is mounted in the radial projection of the housing and coupled with spaces of alternative volume through openings made in side walls of the projections.
