FIELD: numeric-control systems of mechanisms; development of functionally flexible and universal high-speed control systems for assembly mechanisms, affording high capacity in carrying out assembly operations. SUBSTANCE: new operating algorithm is implemented using three- step force transmitter and absolute position sensors for each coordinate, controlling drives by using multiplexing principle under limited rotary automatic control conditions. To this end, numeric-control system is provided with suitably connected three-step force transmitter, channel decoder, second switch, analog-to-digital converter, second adder, two buffer registers, ON-signal shaper, write pulse shaper, two retrieval pulse shapers, and master storage unit that has appropriately connected two OR gates, two one-shot multivibrators, flip-flop, two delay elements, operation counter, position and rotary limited condition, X,Y,Z coordinate, and moment storage units, and interlock logic circuits. Invention may be used in robotics to develop adaptive robots, including those functioning to assemble parts of bushing-shaft type.
