FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in that recovery of patient suffering from myocardial infarction is diagnosed if cardiopneumatic synchronism is detected and vice versa. More specifically, patient breathes in unison with indifferent stimulus (for example, flickering lamp of photostimulator) at frequency by 10 % faster than initial rhythm. In patients recovered from myocardial infarction, there is synchronism between respiration and heart rates. In unsound patients, there is no such synchronism. EFFECT: disclosed method allows determining degree of rehabilitation of patients suffering from myocardial infarction. 1 tbl, 2 dwg
