FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, spa treatment, cardiology, medical rehabilitation, balneology, can be used in the treatment and medical rehabilitation of cardiovascular patients after acute coronary syndromes (ACS, myocardial infarction) and various cardiovascular surgical interventions. A therapeutic course of complex effects from drug therapy of current cardiovascular disorders and a complex of metabolic procedures and physiotherapeutic methods is carried out in the form of taking procedures of "dry" carbon dioxide baths (DCDB), infrared laser therapy (ILT), enhanced external counterpulsation (EEC) and interval cyclic physical training (ICPT). Repeated courses of secondary prevention are carried out within 6 months. after suffering an acute coronary syndrome or cardiovascular surgery. The DCDB is received at a gas flow rate of 15 l/min, under a pressure of 2.3 atm until its concentration is 1.5 g/l, at a bath temperature of 26-28°С for 10-15 minutes, followed by rest. ILT is carried out according to a stable method, continuous mode, wavelength 0.85 mcm, frequency 50 Hz, radiation power 5-6 W, to the apex region, middle 1/3 of the sternum, left subscapularis for 1 min for each region. Immediately after the ILT, EEC is carried out for 20-30 minutes, followed by a rest of at least 40 minutes. The whole complex of metabolic adaptation is carried out in a course of 7 daily procedures. From day 3 from the beginning of the course, daily at the end of all sequentially metabolic adaptations, a physical adaptation procedure is added in the form of ICPT on a treadmill - treadmill, 5 daily sessions, with obligatory rest for 20 minutes after each session, daily with increasing duration from session to session and increasing intensity - from 10% of the maximum heart rate on the first day of training. The course is repeated every 5-6 months.
EFFECT: method provides prolongation of the effect of secondary prevention, long-term preservation of positive metabolic effects in the affected myocardium.
