FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method, comprising steps of measuring at least one intrinsically caused physiological parameter, being not consciously controlled by a patient and changing periodically; continuous registration of that parameter over a time period, confidential for the parameter, being measured; converting it to an output sensory signal, being received by the patient for controlling that parameter with use of biological feedback, also includes steps of comparing real values of the physiological parameter, being measured, with predetermined for the patient physiological standard of this parameter; converting an output signal upon measuring the real value of the physiological parameter to two types of output signals, one of which being a sensory signal to be received by the patient, for example in the form of an area of a color image patient, for example in the form of an area of a color image in representative units on a TV-screen, adapted by color and by value to changes of the physiological parameter, being measured, and the other uses a symbol form of image of real values of the parameter, being measured and displayed, for example, on the same screen as a character and a digit; registering and evaluating deviation of that parameter from its standard value; upon deviation of real values of the parameter, being measured, from its standard value controlling it with use of biological feedback in order to normalize it; determining a number of courses of the biological feedback and a necessity of their combination with drug therapy according to the deviation value of the real value of the physiological parameter, being measured, from its standard value. Apparatus for performing the method has connected in series the unit 1 for measuring and registering; functional generator 2 of the physiological parameter, analog-to-digital converter 3, the unit 4 for forming the sensory feedback signal, the unit 5 for forming confidential time periods for measuring the physiological parameter, connected in parallel with the functional generator 2, optical transmitting module 6, connected between the converter 3 and the unit 4, joined in series with the optical receiving module, and the shaper 8 of the sensory signal. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnostics with use of such method and apparatus. 6 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
