FIELD: crushing methods. SUBSTANCE: collision speed equal to 0.3 to 3.5 of the rotor speed is imparted to reflecting members. Pulses of working member and reflecting members are brought in synchronization. Impact surface of the members is formed at the moment of collision with material being crushed and is oriented at this moment relative to direction (vector) of speed of material lumps normally.
