FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a frame, working members in the form of assembling heads, having mechanisms for fixing turns of wire helices, for reducing, welding and cutting ends of turns. The mechanism for fixing wire turns is in the form of two combs with clamps, mounted on them. The assembling heads are mounted on a rotary table; the combs, rigidly secured to the frame, are in the form of a cylindrical shell and an annular disc. Clamping jaws are mounted on an outer surface of the cylindrical shell and on the annular disc, namely on its lower surface normally relative to the clamps of the cylindrical shell towards a center of axis crossing of the annular disc.
