FIELD: production of protective and jewellery products. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a frame, supporting a driven rotating table. Two assembling heads, oriented in mutually normal planes and having mechanisms for forming wire helices, for reduction of welding end portions of turns and for removing ready rings, are mounted on the table with an inclination relative to its plane. Two cone shells, mounted mutually opposite, are secured to the frame. The shells support combs with clamping members, whose clamping jaws are in the form of leaf springs.
