FIELD: working or processing of wire. SUBSTANCE: device has bed, two rotating tables provided with clamps made of combs, drive for step moving of the tables, fixed working members which are made of assembling heads made of mechanism for shaping wire spirals and mechanism for cutting turns. The mechanism for cutting turns is made of two cutters. One of the cutters has working part made of trihedral prism. Face of the other cutter is provided with two grooves one of which has parallel walls and inclined to longitudinal axis of the wire spiral and the other one is wedge-shaped. The cutters are secured to holders pivotally connected to the bed. The holders are coupled with double-arm levers through ties. The double-arm levers interact with cams kinematically coupled with the drive. EFFECT: improved design. 9 dwg
