River side ends of gaskets 1 are connected with anchors 5 driven into ground at base of stack. River side ends of gaskets 6 are connected with slings 9 of pack 8 placed on gaskets. Lower tier is formed by timber of higher floatability, and upper layer is formed by microbundles of limited floatability.
