FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes studying process of building up ((Ig= R) - R) immunoglobulin receptors of B-lymphocytes using luminescent antiglobulin serum and recording five major parameters of phase states of cell receptors "ring", "patch", "cap", "patch + endocitosis", and "endocitosis". Disclosed method further prescribes using coefficient (K), which is sum of ratios between maximum value of "patch + endocitosis" parameter and maximum values of remaining parameters, for defining specific traits of process of building up (Ig= R - R) receptors both in normal conditions and pathology. In healthy infants, mean value of coefficient K was equal to 18.6 units. With patients who exhibited pathological abnormalities, mean value of coefficient K ranged from 13 units to smaller values. This method permits revealing two fashions of assembly of receptors. As concerns ((Ig= R) - R) receptors of B-lymphocytes, "patch + endocitosis" phase state is predominant in healthy infants. Introduction of coefficient K makes it possible to quantitatively characterize particular predominance of this or that manner of buildup of R immunoglobulin receptors in specific individual, more accurately determine pathogenesis, carrying out differential diagnosis, and so forth. EFFECT: greater information content and need in huge amounts of blood. 3 dwg, 2 tbl
