FIELD: medicine, allergology, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the method for predicting atopic and pseudoallergic reactions in small children is based upon diagnostics of intrauterine sensitization and inspecific hyperreactivity in neonatals which includes the detection of lipid mediators of allergy, components of slowly acting substance of anaphylaxis - leukotrienes, at exposure of cord blood leukocytes with an allergen and platelet activating factor (PAF). The method enables to predict the development of allergic complications in small children during the first year of life. EFFECT: higher reliability of prediction. 5 tbl
