FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to pediatrics. In order to realise method of prognosis of efficiency of bronchial asthma basic therapy level of nitrogen oxide in exhaled air (NOex) is determined in combination with immunologic indices. High levels of NOex and IgE with level of circulating immune complex (CIC) and precipitating antibodies (PA) in blood serum being within normal allow to prognose efficiency of standard basic therapy and high informativity of NOex level monitoring. Slightly higher or within normal level of NOex with normal level of IgE, high level of (CIC) and precipitating antibodies (PA) in blood serum points to low efficiency of standard basic therapy and uninformativity of NOex level monitoring.
EFFECT: ensuring prognosis of treatment efficiency in order to obtain control over disease by selecting optimal therapy by means of monitoring nitrogen oxide level in exhaled air.
