FIELD: electrophotography. SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic material comprises an electroconductive substrate and photosensitive layer including barrier, adhesion, transport, photogeneration and protection layers. The barrier layer is made of an organic conductor on the base of polyamide of thickness of 0.3-5.0 mcm, adhesion layer is made of hydrogenated silicon of thickness of 0.1-0.3 mcm, its deposition rate onto the barrier layer being of 0.2-0.4 mcm/sec. EFFECT: improved quality.
