FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: volume and correspondingly mass of circular elements of spacer 4 located in side gap 7 between insulating case 2 and cap 3 increase towards outer edge of spacer 4 while section of gap 7 is constant over entire height of cap 3. Thanks to this optimum conditions for tightening and reliable joint of caps 3 to insulating case 2 are ensured within wide zone of side surface. Cohesive force can be increased either by beading of edge of cap 3 on to flexible spacer 4 or by enlargement of cohesive zone due to making cuts-away in spacer 4 which area grow towards edge of spacer 4 or by increase of number of cohesive zones with the aid of insertion of additional spacers with diameter smaller than diameter of principal spacer 4.
