FIELD: pulse equipment. SUBSTANCE: paraphase converter has first 1 and second 2 inputs, first 3 and second 4 shift registers, pulse generator 5, inverter 6, first 7 and second 8 units of permanent information, first 9 and second 10 outputs and source 11 of permanent zero information. First 1 and second 2 inputs are linked to inputs of parallel recording of first 3 and second 4 shift registers which outputs of last positions are first 9 and second 10 outputs of converter. Pulse generator 5 is connected with output to clock pulse inputs of shift registers 3 and 4 and inverter 6 is coupled with input to output of last position of register 3 and with output - to information input of series recording of register 3. In this case inputs of parallel information of registers 3 and 4 are linked to corresponding units 7, 8 of permanent information. Structure of code in these units is mutually inverse and first information input of series recording of second register 4 is connected to source 11 of permanent zero signal.
