FIELD: materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic hoist has tubular support 1 accommodating lifting device with seal engaging with load-carrying member and working agent supply and return system 2 communicating with lower part of support. Lifting device is made in form of flexible hose 4. One end of hose is hermetically fastened over perimeter of tubular support, and its other end is connected with rod 6 of load-carrying member. Fitted in space of tubular support is flexible torus. Rod 6 with hose passes through central hole of torus. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 1 dwg
