FIELD: hoisting devices. SUBSTANCE: air hoist has cylindrical housing, tubular section, source for pressure feed of working medium, flexible hose, packing member, load carrying platform and drive drum with flexible tie. Tubular section is mounted for limited longitudinal movement relative to housing. Source for pressure feed of working medium communicates with inner space of housing. One end of flexible hose is hermetically connected with housing along perimeter of opening intended to pass tubular section. Other end of hose is secured along perimeter of tubular section. Drive drum is disposed in inner space of housing. One end of flexible tie is secured on drive drum. Other end of flexible tie is fastened to free end of load carrying platform rod. Packing member is made of resilient material in the form of tore. Rod of load carrying platform is positioned in central hole of tore. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 dwg
