FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: method for mining steeply dipping seams by strips to the rise provides for driving of haulage, companion and vent drifts. Hole is drilled through entire height of level. Strip is extracted from below upward by drilling and blasting with formation of leading stable with the aid of suspended platform. Platform is controlled by traction member passed through hole over blocks to winch. Blasting operations are carried out simultaneously under platform and after stable is driven, in front of platform. After working out the strip, filling is supplied from atop, and coal is discharged from below onto conveyor. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
