FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: machine has stator with cylindrical bore, grooves, and through lateral opening wherein an insert is received whose longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the axis of the stator. Contactors are set up in the grooves of the stator. The contactors interact with the vane rotor mounted inside the housing for rotating synchronously with respect to the contactors. Ports for supplying and discharging fluid are provided in the side surface of the insert. The ports are arranged in the spaces of the working chambers. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
