SUBSTANCE: the design of the plant uses internal hypocycloidal engagement of rollers and gearwheel secured on the housing with a 1:2 ratio, which makes it possible to obtain such planetary movement of closing members, which allows these members to step over pump blades, which are secured on the pump housing and project into the working chamber, without brushing against these blades, and in this way to force the working fluid into the pipeline. The plant mechanisms provide for interaction of working members in rolling conditions.
