FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: fluid jets are shaped inside the discharge passage due to preliminary compression of fluid in the delivery chamber. The fluid jets are mixed with passive fluid. The mixture flows through a hydraulic gate and is separated in the separation chamber at outlet atmospheric pressure. The mixing chamber is defined in the discharge passage and conjugated with the branch pipe for supplying passive fluid to form a vacuum space in the zone of the opening for supplying passive fluid. The hydraulic gate is made up as a ring fluid layer which rotates together with the delivery chamber and the discharge passage. Fluid is circulated in the hydraulic gate. The flow regime within the ring fluid layer is defined by a relationship available in the invention description. EFFECT: simplified method. 2 cl, 2 dwg
