FIELD: high vacuum engineering. SUBSTANCE: glass and bushing are received in a step bore provided in a housing. The glass is interposed between pressing flange and spacer. The bushing is mounted for permitting axial movement within the bore of lesser diameter and is in contact with the glass by the face surface. A ring groove is made in the bushing. The diameter of the groove is equal to 3/4 of the spacer height. The inner diameter of the spacer is less than the outer diameter of the bushing by 5-10%. The spacer is received in the groove.
