FIELD: optical instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: device to take readings of angle-measuring instrument has limb 1 and optical system composed of two projection systems and two-channel optical matching system optically coupled to four sections of limb spaced 90 deg apart and object plane of reading microscope. Each of projection systems has two right-angle prisms 2, 3, 10, 11, two objective lenses 4, 5, 8, 9 with equal focal distance and one diaphragm 6 placed in plane of matched focal planes of objective lenses which ensures telecentric path of ray. Each channel of matching system has two right-angle prisms and prism with one reflection and angles 67 deg 30 min at base and sends to object plane of reading microscope bisector formed by one of projection systems. Thus two bisectors are matched in object plane of reading microscope in process of reading. EFFECT: enhanced authenticity of readings. 4 dwg
