FIELD: fish-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves effectuating the stages of separation and removal of krill test, washing by sweet water, centrifuging and separation. Separation of krill test at the first stage is conducted by crushing head and chest portions of krill by means of rough surfaces movable at a speed of 7.0-12 m/sec so that a mixture of full necks partially destroyed and test completely destroyed is obtained. Krill test is removed by flotation in up flow of sea water, with raw material and water ratio being within the range of 1:10. Excessive sea water, eyes and small particles of krill test are removed from full neck mixture by means of movable meshed surface and the mixture is washed in sweet water, centrifuged and only krill necks are separated upon removal of eyes and test particles. Ultimate removal of krill test is effectuated in the process of krill neck separation. EFFECT: increased efficiency of method and high quality of product. 1 tbl
