Abstract RU 2030915 C1

FIELD: veterinary. SUBSTANCE: vaccine contains aqueous suspension of Leptospirosis interrorgans strain which is inactivated with formalin and sorbed on aluminium hydroxide in two variants and stabilizing agent. Summary concentration of microbial cells is 0.5-5.0 billions in 1 cm3 for each of the variant. Mentioned above stabilizing agent contains protein of blood serum, albumin, hemoglobin and phosphate buffer solution having pH 7.2-7.6. Dosage of proposed vaccine for cattle is 250-300 millions of microbial cells (MMC), 500-600 and 600-700 MMC for animals aged 2-6 month, 6-12 month and 1-2 year respectively. Dosage for mature animal having body mass up to 400 kg is 750-800 MMC, that for animals having body mass more 400 kg is 1000-1200 MMC. Dosage for young pigs aged 1-3 and 3-10 month is 350-450 and 450-550 MMC respectively. Dosage for sheep and goats aged 2-6 and 6-12 month is 150-250 and 250-300 MMC respectively. All mentioned above doses are used at volume 0.3-1.0 cm3. EFFECT: improves antigenic and immunogenic activity of vaccine.
