FIELD: hoisting units. SUBSTANCE: device includes command and cell unit, autonomous hydroacoustic disconnector, floating buoy with buoy rope wound on its surface, connecting shackles, connecting and laying ropes and anchor. Units are connected that lever of disconnector is received by shackle which connects buoy with disconnector which is connected in its turn with anchor by means of connecting rope; laying rope is secured to anchor. Second end of laying rope is secured to object to be hoisted. Placing the object on bottom is effected by means of laying rope, after which all units are connected and thrown overboard noting geographic point of laying. For hauling-in the object, hydroacoustic signal is furnished through command and call unit for operation of disconnector. Disconnector releases shackle and buoy comes to surface rotating and unwinding buoy rope. After hauling-in the buoy, buoy rope, disconnector, connecting rope and anchor are hauled in; after disconnecting them from laying rope, hauling-in the object is performed by means of laying rope.
