FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: increased precision of thermal compensation of strain-measuring bridge of integrated circuit make is achieved by measurement of its output signals with switched on and off compensation resistor in the form of serpentine located in zone of maximum thermal deformation. These measurements are conducted also under action of liquid nitrogen. Accurate value of mentioned resistor is obtained by calculation. EFFECT: increased precision of thermal compensation. 1 dwg
