FIELD: fluorimetric analysis. SUBSTANCE: four rotating disks are introduced into the phosphoroscope; disks are integrated into two pairs. Motionless plate is mounted between disks of each pair of disks. As a result photoelectric unit is protected against external illumination, and fluorescence and chemoluminescence may be indicated at photon counting mode. Phosphoroscope is provided with the second photoelectric unit for indication of fluorescence of specimen to be tested. Cylindrical dish is used which is made of melt quartz. The dish forms closed system together with the cap of port of the phosphoroscope which excludes external air to enter the dish. To detect solid, liquid transparent and non-transparent specimens the mirror is used which reflects exciting light to surface of the specimen when this surface is observed from photoelectric unit position. Liquid solutions are blended by capillary method. Program block is developed which provides alternation of detection in automatic mode of chemoluminescence, fluorescence and so on. Total information may be achieved of condition of technological membrane. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 6 cl, 10 dwg
