FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spectrofluorimeters. Proposed device comprises tight casing with top and bottom covers and sealed pan, storage batteries, measuring chamber, selective photodiodes adjusted by centering washers combined with interference light filters, narrow-band light diode system with focusing lens, light-sensitive measuring-recording unit and data processing system. Spectral resolution of measuring optical circuit features 10 nm-bandwidth and spectral maximum of fluorescent signal of +2 nm of its rating. Spectral characteristics of measuring light feature spectral maximum of measuring light of +5 nm of its rating and semi-saturation width of 20 nm. Electronic circuitry allows a multi-stage signal amplification of, at least, 1×1012 and signal digitising of, at least, 9.5 effective bit.

EFFECT: higher light sensitivity and spectral resolution, lower photo destructive effect on controlled object, smaller sizes and higher reliability.
