FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to conjugates based on macroheterocycles of tetrapyrrolic type, which can be used in theranostics, a modern direction in medicine combining therapy and diagnostics of oncological diseases. Described is a conjugate of general formula (I):
where X = O, -OCH2C6H4CH2O-; M = Mg, Zn, AlCl; Y = Y' = H, lower alkyl; Y ≠ Y': Y = H, Y' = lower alkyl, OH, - OCH2C6H4CH2OH, pheo, -OCH2C6H4CH2(pheo). Method of producing the conjugate and use thereof are also described.
EFFECT: technical result is improved photophysical properties of the conjugate.
