FIELD: composition materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnation of ceramic fibrous blank with inorganic sols, drying, reinforcement where impregnation is carried out with sols of refractory compounds. Then deformation up to settling degree 20-70% and drying were carried out simultaneously at the room temperature. Properties of prepared material: density is 0,51 - 1,56 g/cm3; application temperature is 1700-1900 C; bending strength limit is 16-102 MPa. Material is used in machine engineering industries.
