FIELD: production of phenoplasts. SUBSTANCE: composition contains mixture of novolac phenol-formaldehyde resins having viscosity 90-180 and 185-600 mPa·s at ratio 1-3:1:3 as bindering agent. Proposed composition contains (mass %): novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin having viscosity 90-180 mPa·s 9-27, novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin having viscosity 185-600 mPa·s 9-27, urotropin 5.6-5.8, calcium stearate 1.25-1.5, wax of brown coal 0.6-0.7, blue phthalocyanine pigment 0.3-0.4, kaolin 3.5-4.0, talk 2.1-2.6, salicylic acid 0.6-1.0, aerosil 0.9-1.1, glass powder the rest. EFFECT: improves electric strength of composition, provides low and stable shrinkage. 2 tbl
