FIELD: wine production. SUBSTANCE: oak raw materials are ground, poured by ethyl alcohol and allowed to stand within 1.0-1.5 months. Thus prepared extract is then removed. Then raw materials are extracted again, the process is carried out with the help of softened water within 10-12 days by constant mixing. Thus prepared extract is also removed. The process is followed by pouring raw materials with softened water being heated to 80.0-90.0 C. Thus obtained mixture is allowed to stand within 2.5-3.0 days and then is cooled, extract being removed. All mentioned above extracts are collected together and then are allowed to stand within 3.0-3.5 months. Thus obtained extract is mixed with grape alcohol and with sugar syrup, quantity of said extract being 62.0-71.0 % of blend volume. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 cl
