FIELD: wine-making industry. SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol extract (30-35 vol. %) is prepared from oak clapboard used in cognac production and grape seeds isolated from the fresh grape pulp taken at ratio ethyl alcohol (70 vol. %) and softened water = 1:1 (measured as 0.6-0.8 kg oak clapboard and 0.4-0.6 kg seeds per 1 dal extract). Sugar (0.4 kg/$$$) is mixed with natural honey (0.6 kg/$$$), dissolved in hot water, alcoholized up to 36 vol.%, blended to obtain 1000 dal drink (40% or 26%), dal as measured for anhydrous alcohol, cognac alcohol or cognac 20-30; oak clapboard water-alcohol extract 180-280; grape seeds water-alcohol extract 50-140; sugar-honey syrup 24; vanillin dissolved preliminary in refined alcohol 0.15, and the softened water - the rest.
