FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: clutch brake has driving member having a number of cranks and driving member constructed as a drum pivotally connected to a cylindrical housing with face walls and rim. The drum is pivotally connected to a brake disk. The driving member is pivotally connected with the brake disk and bearing disk. The bearing disk is pivotally or rigidly connected to the drum. The crank is pivotally connected with blocks through carriers. The blocks are interposed between outer surfaces of the disk and drum with a spaced relation.
