Unit 3 has buffer device 14, four resistors 15,16,20,21, power supply 17, light- emitting element 18, and optocouple light-emitting element 19. Unit 4 has a.c. voltage source 22, electron pump 23, two diodes 24,25, blower motor 26, light detector 27, optocouple light-detecting element 28, and capacitor 29.
