FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: spring-loaded diaphragm and control member constructed as one-seat gate having a rod are mounted inside a housing. The diaphragm interacts with the control member. The device also has cylinder-piston pair and flexible thin-walled bushing which interact with the spring of the diaphragm from inside resulting in occurring friction forces in site of contact of the bushing with turns of the spring. These friction forces are additional means for control of supplying fuel in cylinders of an internal combustion engine together with flexible forces created by the diaphragm spring. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
