FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: control valve actuator which is arranged on valve body includes cylinder, piston, stock and spring; at that, actuator is equipped with hydraulic control with non-adjustable and adjustable nozzles, control needle installed in bellows in closed body fixed on the drain chamber connected to hydraulic control. High pressure and low pressure cavities of the control are connected via pipelines to upper inlet cavity of the valve and upper cavity of cylinder, and lower cavity of cylinder and drain chamber are connected to the drain via drain pipelines. Inner cavity of bellows is connected to cavity of drain chamber and drain pipeline. Inner cavity of bellows housing is connected through the connection pipe to control pressure source.
EFFECT: improving reliability and manufacturability of the design at low inertia and high accuracy of remote continuous and stepless control of the drive actuator stroke; providing the possibility of accurate fuel flow control, which is required for performance of tests of aircraft engines and their assemblies, at optimum hydraulic resistance of main lines and specified fuel quality properties.
