FIELD: automatic control systems. SUBSTANCE: source 1 of working medium is joined to inlets of device 2 of distribution and control over working medium composed of inlet main gas line 3 in which down stream of working medium there are installed electric valve 4 and flow governor 5. Anode line 6 with anode nozzle 7 and cathode line 8 with cathode nozzle 9 form in assemblage main control conduit. Stand-by main gas line 10 incorporates stand-by electric valve 11 and flow governor 12 to which outlet stand-by anode main line 13 with stand-by anode nozzle 13 and stand-by cathode main line 15 with stand-by cathode nozzle 16 are joined to form stand-by control conduit in assemblage. Outlet of anode nozzle 7 of main control line is coupled to outlet of stand-by anode nozzle 14 of stand- by control conduit. Common anode circuit 17 is connected to outlets of anode nozzles 7,14. Cathode circuit 19 is joined to outlet of cathode nozzle 9. Stand-by cathode circuit 21 is coupled to outlet of stand-by cathode nozzle 16.
