FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: process involves separating the waste into a liquid and solid fractions followed by thermal treatment of solid fraction. The thermal treatment consists in drying with subsequent calcining. As a heat transfer agent a gas and air mixture is used. The dried material is cooled and granulated. The granules are sized and pelleted. The liquid fraction is subjected to filtration accompanied by biological treatment and then deodorized. Waste gases are mechanically decontaminated and filtered through a dispersed moisture absorbent. The system has a fractionating device, a liquid receptacle and a drier unit having in combination a drying chamber and calcination chamber for the material being treated. The system also incorporates a crusher, a device for cooling the material as well as a packaging machine for the finished product. The receptacle is equipped with a mechanical cleaner, a biological purifier and a deodorizer. Waste gases treatment apparatus has a reservoir filled with a deodorizer. Received in the reservoir is a perforated baffle with a layer of dispersed moisture absorbent deposited on it. EFFECT: intensified treatment process. 17 cl, 3 dwg
