FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves sorting out liquid phase, solid tissue and soft tissue materials; flow separating, grinding and mixing; performing enzymic hydrolysis for 6-10 hours in two-speed mixing mode; subjecting obtained liquid phase material to separate thermal treatment to powder state, with temperature of used drying agent not exceeding 80 C and thermal treatment period not exceeding 1 sec. Apparatus has block of vessels, grinders for grinding solid phase and soft tissue materials, hopper-unloader, blood separator, block of half-cyclic or continuous fermenters, spray-type drier, and system for removing dust from used drying agent, with all mentioned parts of apparatus being positioned in processing sequence. Temperature of gas distributing device wall ranges between 40 and 60 C.
