FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has accumulator unit and supplementary accumulator unit made as regular pyramids having common vertex and emitter and aerial disposed in symmetrical relation one with respect to another when compared to the vertex. The aerial passes through the common vertex and is directed in parallel to the bases of the pyramids. The emitter is conjugated to the common vertex. Accumulator pyramids are of carcass type or have triangular base. The aerial is designed as horizontal arm and is provided with emitters positioned on the ends of the horizontal arm by means of vertical arms pointing to opposite directions. The emitter has the shape of a sphere or in the form of two truncated cones from finely divided materials bound by binder mass. Two wave guides shaped as metal funnels with accelerators are arranged coaxially with respect to the pyramids. The accelerators are designed as spirals coaxially positioned in the funnels. Ceramic, metal, and organic powders treated with electromagnetic radiation are selected as the finely divided materials.
