FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this apparatus for contactless destruction of concrements includes reflector 1 for focusing shock waves and spark discharger 3 cut in high-voltage circuit. Distinguishing trait of disclosed apparatus resides in that reflector 1 is made in the form of spherical segment whose center is located in point 2. Spark discharger 3 is positioned on axis of reflector 1 at distance of 0.1 to 0.3 of its radius from point 2. Spark discharger 3 faces reflector 5 made in the form of spherical segment whose geometrical center is situated in point of spark charge and its radius makes up 0.05 to 0.25 of radius of reflector 1. Disclosed apparatus further incorporates four unidimensional ultrasonic transducers 6 positioned along periphery of reflector 5 for locating concrement in exterior focus of system. EFFECT: smaller number of injuries and relieving of algesic sensations by reducing energy losses and uniformly distributing it in cluster of shock waves. 1 dwg
