FIELD: mineral resource industry. SUBSTANCE: device has reflector with tore-shaped inner surface having ellipsoidal section and geometrical center in common focus, through which pulp supply and ground product discharge branch pipe is extending. Disk-shaped electrodes are secured for rotation on shafts within reflector in equally spaced relation one with respect to the other from top and from below. Dielectric gasket is inserted between outer electrodes. Electrode centers are disposed along path of a circle, whose center coincides with common focus of ellipsoidal sections. Radius of the circle and distance between electrode centers are determined in accordance with ratio recited in specifications.
