FIELD: building materials production. SUBSTANCE: proposed additive is prepared by mixing technical lignosulfonates with sodium sulfate and with alkaline-containing mineral compound. Vat residue of synthetic fatty acid in white spirit is added into said composition. Granulated sodium sulfate of 5 mm fraction is used as mentioned above sodium sulfate. Mass ratio of components in proposed additive is as follows : technical lignosulfonates: granulated sodium sulfate: mentioned above vat residue 1:(0.6-1.5): (0.05-0.15): (0.05-0.10). Thus prepared mixture is worn and heated to 40-90 C, said processes are carried out simultaneously. Then thus obtained paste mass is granulated to produce 2-10 mm fraction and is cooled. 0.5-0.9% of proposed additive are added into cement mass. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 2 dwg, 2 tbl
